• What is the state of this project?
• What obvious action items are there and what is their urgency? ("deprecate", "update and fix", "document", etc. this could be a project proposal)

• [x] https://github.com/filecoin-shipyard/filecoin.js - need a much clearer picture of what this can be used for and how mature it is (I get mixed signals on this from people and when browsing through the code). Currently appears to have broader goals than are actually implemented - focused on wallet actions but has some pieces to do more? Developed by Digital Mob, currently on hold waiting for more adoption and some improvement in the deal situation for wallets.
• [x] Lotus OpenRPC support - describe potential of this (see "OpenRPC vs OpenAPI") - apparently you can use https://inspector.open-rpc.org/ on a Lotus node (test this!)
• [ ] https://github.com/Zondax/filecoin-signing-tools - there's a Rust version designed for WASM, and also a pure JS one that only supports secp256k1 keys but is used by the MetaMask FilSnap Plugin. This is used by a lot of the ecosystem tools below.
• [ ] https://github.com/glifio/wallet & https://github.com/glifio/modules/tree/primary/packages - do any of these (published to npm under @glifio) have general utility to other devs?

• [ ] https://github.com/CoinSummer/lotus-jsonrpc-provider - not updated since November, appears to be a minimal POC, need clearer validation of this. This appears on https://docs.filecoin.io/reference/#apis-and-developer-tools and maybe shouldn't if it's not useful. Probably intended to be a pure TS version of a lotus rpc api library.
• [ ] https://github.com/trufflesuite/ganache-filecoin-alpha-cli/ - Filecoin-flavored Ganache - a mocked local Lotus devnet. Outdated but actively worked on internally by Truffle/Genache related people - probably need to talk to the folks involved to get a proper picture of the state as the current work doesn't appear to be public at the moment. UPDATE: this was launched recently https://www.trufflesuite.com/docs/filecoin/ganache/getting-started/get-started-with-the-cli - the alpha repo is probably deprecated
