Refactor and update to new core

This is quite a big refactor, but it simplifies the code and debugging and also makes it easier to implement the binary header parsing in the future.

• Encapsulate sockets
• Fix IPv6 handling
• Fix multicast socket creation
• Make code more IPv4/IPv6 agnostic
• Encapsulate runtime handling
• switch to python logger
