[node page] - update to new static page #195

Description: We won't to use new static page for our api read methods and general information

Acceptance criteria:

[x] pr with update is merged - https://github.com/glifio/node/pull/12
[ ] GET requests are changed
[x] @witnsby is notified about change and also changed this in IAC code

Solution:

[ ] - update current version of static page to the newest state
[ ] - point all GET requests to it;
[ ] - hostname
[ ] - hostname/v0
[ ] - hostname/v1

Notes: https://api.unicorn-kong.dev.node.glif.io/ - all static stuff isn't pointed to the https://node.glif.link'
