Should be a bit better now. Removed lots of unused stuff. Added a few new utilities and libraries.
Update Home page in correspond with the new design
Home Page (welcome screen) was updated. Account Page (already existing elements) were updated too.
Apply new top bar

The rest elements should stay the same, just small changes taking the same new styles.

Remove Telegram and Subscription buttons, they should work as a menu or link in the top bar
I removed the buttons. Tried to make them work on the top menu, but it seems it's a little more complicated than expected. It will be done in another task.
The "Subscribe now!" link still works, though.
Note: Added a few extra things like tooltips, etc.
