(Feature) Apply new design to email subscription page #79

Depends on #78 (don't merge this one until #78 is done)

You should see the new subscription form by clicking Subscribe now!.

New functionality (Daily / Weekly- Update Button - etc.) is hardcoded and still missing logic, but it should be a good starting point.
