To Do:

The new design of My Transcoder (Delegate) boxes include different pieces of information. We need to create API calls to send data to the frontend.
My Transcoder design is: #171 (protofire/livepeer-alerts-frontend#75)

Acceptance Criteria: - Home page of livepeer.tools must show the information of my bonded transcoder.
