When a Delegator is new and he already had a Delegate, we need to show an icon into the "Eaned Rewards" box, maybe like (!) with a tooltip with the message: "Livepeer.tools will update the reward data in the next rounds."

Mmmm I think this is related to the props args, I will remove it.
