Similar to issue: https://github.com/protofire/omen-exchange/issues/2170 , we need to explain the user why he/she is not able to claim their OMN tokens. With it we should add the banner to the Omen Membership Modal:

Add Dai banner with deposit description for users who have not funded their Omen Account yet
Describe how do you expect to test the task resolution
[ ] Banner should be visible for users who have not funded their Omen Account with Dai
[ ] Claim button should be disabled if user has not funded their Omen Account with Dai
[ ] Banner should not be visible if the user has Dai in their Omen Account
