Voting Power transition is showing up on the Membership Modal #2174

Describe the bug It looks like the voting power transition is showing up on the Membership modal. This should never happen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http://localhost:3000/#/liquidity'
  2. Click on 'Omen Button'
  3. Click on 'Lock OMN'
  4. Put 5 in the inputfield
  5. Close Modal
  6. Click on Omen Button
  7. See bug: Voting power transition is visible:

Expected behavior The Membership Modal should never show a voting power transition. Also, if you go back OR close the deposit modal the deposit modal should reset. Currently if you defined a deposit and go back or close you will see the same input if you try to do another deposit.
