Add missing fund banner to Omen Guild membership #2221

Created Dai banner and display it if user has not funded his Omen account with xDai

Testing

[ ] Banner should be visible for users who have not funded their Omen Account with Dai
[ ] Claim button should be disabled if user has not funded their Omen Account with Dai
[ ] Banner should not be visible if the user has Dai in their Omen Account
[ ] Banner should not be visible if the user has no Dai in their Omen Account but already claimed the Airdrop.

It looks like I forgot another test case. If a user has claimed the Airdrop we should not show the banner even though he has no Dai in his/her Omen Account:

Also, it looks like a specific address is not showing the banner, but I don`t have any Dai in my Omen Account:
