Market History is missing a withdrawal transaction from a Gnosis Safe #2242

Describe the bug It seems like market: https://omen.eth.link/#/0x2640213506bc1511b5175edc249a7f8a164c183b/history is not showing a withdrawal of 1500 DAI in the history tab.
