Various cleanups when working on attack nets

gitignore configs/ for local configs
make wallet name configurable via VALIDATORS_WALLET_NAME
use $GOPATH to find ethereal/ethdo to make more generic across platforms
--force was removed from ethdo. changed to --allow-unknown-contract=$force_deposit

We should maybe just do ethereal without data, and have the user put the right thing on their PATH.

yeah, works for me locally, but wasn't sure if you were relying on $GOPATH/bin
