You can override the homing with your own macro and there you can use variables to set the position where to home. But, you need the probe already attached to do so...
I like to have my probe's dock at the bed too. But it's easier to attach it to the gantry - if it's possible with your printer.
This is more of a question than an issue. The euclid probe docking height relies on the Z-endstop offset from the nozzle being probed. If I switch nozzles and the nozzle has a different length, this will mess up the docking height (the Z position the probe gets slid into the dock) Is there a way to temporarily home off of the switch body (which would always be the same) and use that offset for the docking then once stowed, home again off the nozzle?
