Possible to use this to serve tiles?

Is it possible to somehow use this to serve vector map tiles?

@pakastin this project is one or two levels below serving vector tiles; to serve tiles you will need:

• transformation of the OSM geometry model, which this project focuses on, into something like OGC Simple Features
• projection of geographic coordinates in OSM for suitable display into something like web mercator
• filtering of OSM tags into layers and properties that make cartographic sense

So this does not address any of the above concerns, but it can be used as a data source for a vector tile system.

Does Protomaps have a system for the transformation to vector tiles from OSMExpress? I'm currently using Openmaptiles, but looking for more realtime way to keep vector map tiles up to date.
