Requirements

[x] Works on mobile
[x] Needs to load styles via build system locally (not off NPM version), drag-and-drop file or URL
[x] view style version from NPM (save in URL hash?)
[x] Point an arbitrary PMTiles or TileJSON at it via URL param
[x] Select color themes
[x] View CI areas
[x] store color scheme in URL params and map hash state
[x] Export style JSON for bundling + Fresco styling (base/index.html)
[x] Diff daily builds (like Wikipedia)
[x] Hotlink to Maperture instead of maintaining our own fork (/compare)
[x] Some conveniences for loading local files off disk? maybe just use go-pmtiles (feels heavyweight...)
[x] OpenLayers rendering (openlayers.html)
[x] scriptable JSON output (generate_layers.ts)
