Adds new Google Cloud (GCP) to "next step" list and feature overview table.

(The table is getting wide when deployed on the docs site, could consider moving final 2 columns to new table or?)

The GCP docs don't specify any edge caching right now, I guess you can bring your own so we can leave it out, since there isn't an obvious way to link Google Cloud CDN in.
