minimOSD data OK no video

I plug it in, it boots (black screen) that data shows but no video from the 
camera.
I checked all concoctions are OK, also when bypas the OSD the video works 
perfectly.

What is the expected output? 
Data + Video
What do you see instead?
Only data

What version of the product are you using?
I installed the newest version,
On what operating system?
Win XP

Its simple setup:
APM TX to RX
    RX to TX
ESC bec (5v) to osd vcc

Camera 808 #16 V3 
Video to video in pin on OSD
GND to GND

Video out pint to boscam transmitter also gnd to gnd

Note: when connecting 808 to boscam transmitter video OK

When connecting it true OSD on the monitor only that mavlik dada shows not 
video!

If you have split the 5v supply and the ground and signal wires at the vin vout 
end of the OSD make doubly sure you haven't got the ground and signal wire turn 
around and they are on + sig instead as this will do  this precise outcome.
Don't ask me how I know OK!
