Create a desktop friendly donation way #105

The current donation badge works with QR scanning apps on your smartphone. A funder wants to donate from a desktop pc and many times does not have an app for donations. thanks @cornerman for telling me that.

It is not so easy than I expected. You will need a Coinbase commercial account to create an official button: https://medium.com/devslopes-blog/how-to-accept-cryptocurrency-on-your-website-with-coinbase-commerce-60bba0799188 Another solution could be to just show the QR code in the wiki in combination with the clickable wallet address so that you can copy past it in any payout field. In this way we can also keep to one badge on the README that brings you the the QR code form and a copy / past able wallet address.
