Improve clustering of Energy Systems #721

@lappemic I had to fix some issues with the clustering of power systems as the last PR I merged into the main failed.The linter did not pass.Please have a quick look so we can merge it and get the website + ClimateTriage.com working again.Let's make more improvements to the clustering with more pull requests.

The current clustering is based on what you did + some deep dive analysis I did until this morning.

I think you merged restructuring-biosphere branch into `restructuring-energy-systems', right? After this there were some merge conflicts.

I just realized after you merged that i forgot to update the content section... Part of the conflicts could be from this...

The existing ones are most probably from the newly added projects...

I agree, we should do more PR's per reclustering. And also merge only in main probably.
