Accordion initialized active for MISSINGNO champs #20

Repro:

Add Caitlyn, Jayce, or Tahm Kench in any order (to visualize better, select them last out of 5)
Select 5.14
See accordion menus initialized as open.

Additional bug:

Accordion menus that are initialized as open do not respond for the first click handler.

If I picked them, I noticed that when I went to 5.14 I could open them, then go back to 5.11 and they'd still be open, then going back to 5.14 and trying to open or close would be buggy.

the javascript portion (click handlers) basically don't get initialized until the first click on the accordion already happened
