[gcloud app deploy] (crash detected) #647

I am seeing following error on command : "gcloud app deploy app.yaml --project savvy-hybrid-203504"

ERROR: gcloud crashed (BadStatusLine): ''

To check gcloud for common problems, please run the following command: gcloud info --run-diagnostics

The same deploy command was working before. I don't understand why it is crashing as there is only code changes.

Please someone help me out here.
