What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resizing animated GIFs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TimThumb should not attempt to resize animated gifs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Would be nice if TimThumb skipped over animated gifs. After the script resizes 
them they will not work.
