2 years ago @lukefretwell I think they would get the experience they're asking for if the display style of accordion view was added to the news post list widget.
This could then mess up the all news page but would provide the accordion experience on individual pages without the answers content search coming up in the service center after search results.
Going off the UK.gov approach which aligns with what the customer is doing here, what type of content is most appropriate for this approach? I think posts maybe make the most sense unless there was a new content type called accordion information or something like that.
Describe the solution you'd like
Would be great to have an accordion widget that wasn't affiliated with the answers functionality. This would go a long way in helping explain/visualize step-by-step processes in a simple way.
Something easy to drop into a page that is similar to manage like the multiple icons widget that can be re-ordered with these fields:
