Remove MailChimp GF plugin from standard plugins

Currently Gravity Forms MailChimp is in the standard composer load of plugins, but not ever customer uses it. We should remove it from the standard plugins and then add it to the sites that actually use it.

@kevindherman the migration to the new Constant Contact plugin and loading the MailChimp plugin on specific sites is done. You still need to get in touch with customers and get them to updated the connection methods on both CC and MailChimp.

@kevindherman After looking around I can find no firm indication that MailChimp is removing API key connections as a viable option. I see that as of Gravity Forms MailChimp v5 they removed the API key connection as the preferred method to connect to MailChimp in favour of the OAuth version. I find no more information on this in the forums from users or any other place.

So I have no hard date for the conversions to be done, though at some point GF MailChimp will likely remove the API key option and we'll get stuck on an older version of the plugin if we haven't done the upgrade yet. I'd love to see this done by the end of the year so that we don't have legacy stuff sitting around.
