Fix Site move to Production command #2421

Describe the bug

Clicking the "Move to Production" button in our web UI should launch a site with the pc kube rocket commands. Currently this button doesn't work, though running the commands in terminal for a developer seems to work fine.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a test site at my.proudcity.com
  2. Click on the move to production button
  3. Wait because nothing happens
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Should run the pc kube rocket command

We ran this command from the old PC Dashboard this week for Santa Ana Zoo so this works.
