We have pages and posts content type, but there's not a way to segment these out based on services or a way to filter, cross-reference available services. Or even help web managers provide key service information (overview, steps, department, contact)

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

A services content type that includes:

• Service name
• Topics/categories
• Description
• Steps
• FAQs
• Documents
• Call to action (+ link to)

Would include topics pages for available services that's generated based on the services topics selected. This would allow users to see all the services available under a particular topic. So if a user was on a service page (like 'Police') they could select that topic and see a listing of all police-related services.

Ideally there would be a library (similar to page templates) of services people could start from, edit and publish.
