Site creation no longer works

Describe the bug

Clicking the new site button in my.proudcity.com no longer works. The site gets created, the database is created, but the site doesn't connect to the database. After looking through theyaml between sites, everything looks as intended.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to my.proudcity.com
Click on New Site
Wait for site creation to complete
See that site doesn't connect to DB.

Expected behavior

Sites should create and connect.
