reCAPTCHA shows as integrated on the website but when you try and submit a form it doesn't not allow for the submission. When you go to reCAPTCHA admin settings you get the message: "We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA passed solutions less than 50% of the time. This could indicate a problem with your integration with reCAPTCHA. Please see our developer site for more information."
It is unclear on what needs to occur for reCAPTCHA accept form submissions.
