Would be great to provide consolidated tools/reporting/resources in one location within the admin so that users can better understand accessibility related to their websites.

@curtismchale WP. Would be great to have an accessibility nav that gives an overview of how folks can ensure accessibility, starting with links to BLC, image fix, other tools.
