Describe the bug

Got a ticket about GA data being funny. Went to check site kit and there was a message "Dashboard data for some services has been interrupted"

On this site I was able to just select recover and things look ok: https://whereinwilliamscounty.com/

However, on the main Williams County site, I got this error after selecting recover: Screenshot 2024-09-26 at 11 08 47 AM

@curtismchale we have the right GA permissions so I'm not sure what it is.

On https://whereinwilliamscounty.com/ the customer pointed out peculiar data around a FAQ page that doesn't exist: image001 (26)

@curtismchale they do have answers content but not a FAQ page. There might be answers content event tracking that's making things weird. Answers event tracking may be an outstanding/incomplete item since there is more analytics work to be done.

@kevindherman I signed in as our Analytics user and see the dashboard fine with no warnings.

It shouldn't have anything to do with the incomplete event tracking from the wp-proud-analytics plugin as that entire file is commented out thus not included.

With this view we can see that the FAQ page has no hostname associated with it. williams-faq-no-hostname

With this view you can see that multiple pages are identified as the FAQ page

I've looked at a bunch of these pages that show for FAQ but I have no idea why they're showing up with the FAQ title. None of them have that in the <title> tag.

@curtismchale weird, I'm able to go right in now to both Williams County and WHere in Williams County.

@curtismchale could that have happened if they used the "department FAQ page" prebuilt layout when setting up those pages originally?

@curtismchale if you look at Montgomery's version of the same page you provided it also has too much FAQ data https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/?authuser=1#/p378387936/reports/explorer?params=_r.explorerCard..selmet%3D%5B%22screenPageViews%22%5D%26_r.explorerCard..seldim%3D%5B%22unifiedScreenClass%22,%22landingPage%22%5D&r=all-pages-and-screens
