Summary

Add things to facilitate Validator Delegation Program

Proposal

• Add KYC/AML boolean to validator for current time

  • Pulled from kyc attribute *.kyc.passport.pb

• Add votes per proposals metric for current quarter

• Add uptime for current quarter

• Add Async to calc metrics and store in db at end of each quarter

• Add CSV download for selected timeframe (current, or specified quarter)

  • List ALL validators
  • For each -> active, kyc compliant, votes per proposals metrics, uptime percentage

• Add API to list available timeframe
