Given that MRTK does not support adding custom interaction mappings to articulated hands, the only way to support teleporting without modifying the MRTK is to create a custom pointer that is managed entirely by the MRTK-Quest device manager.

Oculus Touch can now use the joystick to turn the user, as well as teleport.
Hand tracking can enter teleport mode by turning the hand over upside down and closing the middle finger - pinching confirms the teleport.
