MIGRATION-37 - Adding the course enrollments order by. #1081

Description:

Add the course enrollments order by, feature in the dashboard page. A new setting called: USER_COURSE_ENROLLMENTS_ORDER_BY was added, with four possible choices: created, created_reverse, course_name, course_name_reverse.
