New pull request to reflect the SPI1_CS1 hot fix.

Change Log

Changes between the V3b and V3c of the battery board!

Major Changes

Addition of the RV3028 Real Time Clock
Changed Thermocouple from I2C device to SPI Device

Minor Changes

Connected CAN_INT to GPIO25
Connected RTC_INT to GPIO27
Changed I2C on 12pos from I2C0 to I2C1
Connected V_RF to FC Connector per #8
Consolidated all 100uF capacitors to 10V part number
Wired SPI1_CS1 to the SPI breakout
