idoc Extensions in schemas. Need to be able to include custom fields in ZORDERS05 custom mappings in the get schemas API result

These by their nature are custom to the specific customer SAP instance. Customer would have to take extra care in Shuttle and ABAP to map the additional fields in Shuttle's schemas
