As a user, when I type prvd applications init I should be prompted to select the network upon which I want to create the application.
I should then be asked if I want to create a new wallet for the application
If the user chooses No, then they must select an HD Wallet from a list of their wallets to use with the Application
I should then be asked if I want to create a new account for the application
If the user chooses Yes, then they must select an HD Wallet from a list of their wallets to create the Account
I should then be asked if I want to add a Type to the application (optional)
Info should be given about what Type does / how it is used
I should then be asked to give my application a name
Finally, execute the command with selected flags and options
The --baseline flag should be removed from applications
