SoundPoint IP 330 Missing Files #120

The following files are missing for the SoundPoint IP 330 phone: 2345-12200-001.sip.ld 2345-12200-001.bootrom.ld

These files already exist. Where are you expecting them to be or be a part of?

They were not installed into the global config and firmware directory. Do I need to look somewhere else?

What family line did you install and were other firmwares installed

I just figured out the problem. I had enabled the SoundPoint IP 330, but had not installed the firmware for that device. I would have thought enabling the device would install the firmware for the devices. Once I installed the firmware the missing files were installed.

So the real issue is that enabling a device should cause the corresponding firmware to be installed.

That's a lot of firmware to have. Isn't the firmware out of the scope of this package?
