Fixed duplicated brand id #205

Brand id of Patton and Intelbras were both 19 creating problems during update.

Changed Patton brand id to 20

@tm1000 In the server http://mirror.freepbx.org/provisioner/v3/ I still see the old value .... did something go wrong in the publishing? Beppo

Sorry I had to reset it a couple of times to prove that md5 was working.
