Tested on nightly-2016-07-04 we use currently for our project

Ping on this, Esqueleto can't currently be installed on a clean yesod-postgres Stack template which could likely cause issues for many.

@danpalmer https://github.com/haskell-infra/hackage-trustees/issues/84 please pipe up here so we can migrate and get new maintainers on board ASAP. I actually use yesod-postgres as my starter template for new projects so this is pretty annoying :|
