Launching dios-mios in UNEEK+DI switches the system to off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch UNEEK+DI
2. Load GC game in discchannel
3. Boot GC game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should launch dios-mios and the game, but instead the system switches to off

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UNEEK+DI r193 + dios-mios (latest download)

Please provide any additional information below.
dios-mios is installed in: /title/00000001/00000100/content/00000008.app
