Describe the feature:
Add the ability to enter a D66 dice roll and have the resulting encounter show 
up.

Describe the benefits from the feature:
This will allow us to continue to use dice to randomly generate our events, 
which is more fun than 
clicking a button.

Additional information:
This will require updating the XML table with the dice roll information.
