No Trees in Kunark zones #16

Verified in Firiona Vie

Probably the swaying Kunark trees are not in the placeables container 
(objects.wld) but rather in the char s3d file?

Those swaying trees are infact animated models just like mobs are. Needs 
animated model support if we want to display these. For starters begun 
implementation of 0x10, 0x11, 0x12 and 0x13 fragments which all will be needed 
in order to suport this
