walkmode not fully functional #4

Walkmode only ignores the Z component of the heading vector, i.e it allows you 
to walk on a given x/y plane while looking up down using mouselook. 

It should actually use collision detection to implement a real "walking the 
zone expoerience"

Changed this to high priority...if the goal really is to at some time turn this 
into a client for eqemu then sorting out true collision based client side 
movement is a priority

v.0.0.6 implements a first improvement for walkmode in that it does have simple 
"downward" collision detection that allows the camera to follow the ground 
automatically. You can still walk through walls though
