movement speed too slow for large zones #7

default movement speed is ok for small zones like qrg but definitely not enough 
for things like qey2hh1.

Added movement speed control to 0.0.3. Pressing keys 1-5 sets speed. Current 
selection is indicated in square brackets after [FLYMODE]
