Minor edits to README.md #21

This Pull Request makes the following changes:

Changed introduction to mention the app name once, then use pronouns afterwards
Changed "The most important" -> "major"
Changed "It is strongly advertised..." -> "It is strongly recommended"
Changed sentence wording to make them more concise
