Add proper support for non-standard network mosaics

Add implementation of mosaic that allows explicit specification of default mosaic properties

Change factory and builders to support configurable currency mosaic

• BlockchainAPI will provide currency API to create relative and absolute values
• builder factory will allow change of currency mosaic
• lock funds builder will use default from factory
