README links are broken #15

GitHub renders the _ trailing most links, and the stand-alone hyperlinks are broken because they include a trailing _. Please reconcile with the reStructuredText docs.

Thanks for the notice, I'll fix it this week as the next codemetapy version is due for release anyway.
