build: add nix flake #12

Hi,

I submitted this on sr.ht but I am more comfortable using github. This PR allows to build covage with the nix package manager. The nice thing is you can run nix run github:proycon/vocage and be able to run master (after a local build if it's not in cache).

The files dont have to live at the root of the repo (though that's more convenient), they could live in a "contrib" subfolder for instance.
