I'm not sure you can do this... shiny uses its own PaaS, ShinyApps.

I don't know about Bluemix, but anyone can set up their own Shiny Server, not necessarily on ShinyApps.

Bluemix is a PaaS. It hosts only certain stacks. If you use your own server you can try with a free account at koding.com It's probably however that there are other PaaS for R; anyway, you can always use ShinyApps
