There are two tutorials on the prpl Wiki showing how to build an OpenWrt image which can be run in QEMU. Both of these tutorials builds run via a RAMFS file system; a non standard configuration. A tutorial should be created on building and running a OpenWrt image using some form of flash filesystem to more accurately simulate an actual router. The tutorial should:
Describe the differences between a RAMFS and a regular file system.
Walk through the process of configuring the settings for a build
Document the build process
Explain the command line for booting the new image
Illustrate important functionality, such as how the file system works differently than with RAMFS
